Product Specification

Structure and material Entirely made of steel structure. The main load-bearing frame uses 2mm electro-galvanized steel plate, while the remaining parts are made of imported 1.2mm electro-galvanized steel plate. The production process involves advanced imported CNC machine tools, laser CNC cutting centers for trimming, precise positioning and hole cutting, CNC bending forming, and electronic pulse CNC spot welding.
The fume hood surface undergoes nine-step pretreatment including degreasing, pickling, and phosphating, followed by coating with epoxy resin powder imported from the United States' Akzo brand. It boasts high adhesion, strong surface hardness, corrosion resistance, and an attractive appearance.
The inner lining of the cabinet is securely assembled using patented aluminum profiles designed by the company, with no exposed screws, facilitating future maintenance and disassembly. Removable active access inspection panels are located on both sides of the cabinet, facilitating maintenance and installation of electrical, water, and gas lines. 
Sash glass Use explosion-proof 5mm tempered glass. The safe sliding door lifts smoothly, capable of stopping at any position. It is equipped with rubber cushioning and limits to ensure safety.
Fume hood liner and baffle Made of 5mm thick solid phenolic resin boards, resistant to acids and alkalis, organic solvents, and high temperatures. The three-level airflow exhaust system ensures that the baffle plates can thoroughly and quickly expel volatile chemical gases of different densities and molecular weights from the fume hood interior.
Optional High-Temperature Ceramic Fiber Lining: the liner and baffle can be made of 5mm thick white laboratory-specific ceramic fiber boards. Features include resistance to high temperatures up to 1200 ºC, acid and alkali corrosion resistance, flame retardancy, and self-extinguishing properties. The material is consistent inside and out, with a smooth surface, both internally and externally white, and flame retardancy rated at UL 94 V-0 level, with a three-level airflow exhaust system.
Countertop Phenolic resin board Countertop: resistant to acids, alkalis, and wear, as well as fireproof and moisture-proof. It has excellent bending and impact resistance, corrosion resistance, safety, and environmental protection features.
Optional Ceramic Countertop: Edges are raised on all four sides.  The integrated design effectively prevents liquid spills; the countertop is highly resistant to corrosion, high temperatures, and wear, easy to clean, never deforms or discolors, aesthetically pleasing, safe, environmentally friendly, and maintenance-free.
Optional Epoxy Resin Countertop : the edges are butterfly-shaped raised. The design effectively blocks water, preventing harmful liquids from spilling over. It is highly resistant to corrosion, wear, easy to clean, does not discolor, aesthetically pleasing, safe, environmentally friendly, and maintenance-free.
Base cabinet The cabinet base of the fume hood serves as a storage cabinet. Each cabinet is a fully independent, floor-standing, all-steel unit. Each fume hood is equipped with two base cabinet units with double doors. The base cabinet can also be customized according to the customer's needs with options such as flammable and explosive-proof cabinets, acid and alkali cabinets, waste liquid collection cabinets, waste recycling units, and exhaust duct systems.
Lighting:  LED lights have a long lifespan and are energy-efficient. The LED lights and the float glass lampshade are concealed on the top panel, ensuring they do not directly contact the gases inside the fume hood, thus avoiding corrosion risks and facilitating easy replacement.
UV disinfection lights can be optionally installed or added according to customer requirements.
Exhaust hood Made from PP material with a one-piece molded design, featuring a top outlet pipe with a diameter of φ250/315mm. Stainless steel is optional. 
Electrical outlets Equipped with internal and external electrical sockets. The socket type can be selected to meet the needs of different countries
